Services
Initial Assessment
Initial Consultations are a required first step to setting you and your dog up for success. Initial Consultations include:
Behavior evaluation
Discussion of how dogs learn, training methods and behavior modification
Customized training plan for your dog
Access to customized training materials
Your training homework
The initial session is always virtual. This is for two reasons; First, it is more helpful to see how your dog behaves normally without the distraction of a new person in his or her environment. Second, most of the initial session involves planning and discussion, which doesn't directly involve your dog. When we do involve your dog, I will be observing and guiding and demonstrating with my dog when needed.
Our Services are currently available in the following formats:
Virtual
We meet virtually and I guide you with step-by-step instruction or by demonstration with my dog. This option can be better than an in-person consult for some dogsโ needs, particularly for fear issues and separation anxiety.
In-Person
Our trainer meets you at a location convenient to you, either in-home or outdoors. Outdoors is a good for dogs whose goals require work outside, like leash manners, leash reactivity, recall/off-leash prep, etc. BROOKLYN ONLY
Day Training
Outsource some of your dogโs training to one of our professional trainers. We come to or near your home and work with your dog for an hour for maximum progress.
